Eternal Dance of Divinity

This piece explores the profound connection between Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati through the lens of Neo-Impressionism. Utilizing a heavy impasto technique, I applied thick, energetic layers of oil paint to symbolize the raw, vibrating energy of the Tandava. The subject focuses on the "Divine Couple" performing a synchronized dance, set against the backdrop of the Himalayas. The contrast between Shiva’s cool blue skin and Parvati’s warm, fiery attire represents the balance of Prakriti and Purusha—nature and spirit.
